Since 1988, we have been providing bank products such as Refund Anticipation Loans (RAL), Electronic Refund Checks (ERC), and Refund Electronic Transfers (RET) as well as state products to tax preparers and financial service centers across the nation. In 1996, River City Bank decided to branch out into the direct deposit business nation-wide. Most government agencies, many employers and other organizations are making the change from providing paper checks to requiring bank accounts for EFTs (Electronic Funds Transfers). Only a few short years later, we are now one of the largest providers of direct deposit to financial service centers across the nation.
